Miles of interconnecting trails provide area runners with a variety of surfaces and scenic views. Facilities: Sandy Bottom Nature Park graciously provides the race parking, 24 hour restrooms and use of a large outdoor pavilion for staging the race. Runners may set up small 'camps' near the pavilion for resting and gear storage. Campsites and tent cabins are available and may be reserved through the park by calling (757) 825-4657. ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPERS OR RV'S MAY BE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT. For more information on camping facilities and regulations, please contact the park directly.

Minding Our Manners: Special thanks to the city of Hampton and Sandy Bottom Nature Park for hosting our race for the 16th year! Remember we are guests of the park and that other, non-runners, will be out enjoying the park during the race. Please be aware of and adhere to park rules regarding parking and camping. We strive to leave the park and facilites just as we found them.
